Position Summary
Duties of the Call Center Customer Service Representatives/Loan Processors are to
- provide superior, effective customer service,
- assure accurate information is provided for proper processing of loans
- show integrity and demonstrate ethical behavior
This position has access to critical corporate systems and sensitive information about the company and its customers

Qualifications
Required
- High school diploma or GED
- Ability to handle high volume inbound/outbound calls
- Can operate computer software: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Internet, Loan Processing Systems
- Ability to type and enter data into a computer
- Professional demeanor
- Great phone etiquette
- Ability to sit in front of computer monitor daily
- Ability to stand or sit for long periods of time, talking
- Occasionally lift up to 5 lbs
Preferred
- Some college
- 2+ years of customer service and/or loan processing experience
- Tran, Five-9, Veritac and Ideology is a plus!
